Banff - Snowshoeing to Marble Canyon

Watch how the Tokumn Creek's pounding and frozen waters have destroyed the 40-meter limestone gorge. While looking for wildlife trails, consider the devastation left by the wildfire that threatened Banff in 2003 and how the landscape and animals have adapted. See the jacket that was traded between locals and one of the world's top trading enterprises at the time. See some of the traps and snares that fur traders previously used, and try your hand at catching a guide! A highlight for many is this unique Canadian treat – hot maple taffy poured in the snow by your guide to make a sweet frozen dessert.
