On this tour, learn the passage each grape takes from the vine to the cask and finally to the bottle.  On arrival in Château des Charmes, one of Niagara's premier vineyards, you will be welcomed with a glass of Brut sparkling wine. On your tour, you will discover   before taking a guided tour the techniques and processes used to produce some of Niagara’s finest wines. At the end of your tour, you will have a chance to do some wine, tasting of three wines along with a selection of local artisan cheeses.

• Minimum two and maximum eight guests required to operate this tour.
  
• Persons under 21 will not be allowed wine tasting.
