How to join this tour:

  • Summer:
    Hop-On at any of our many stops around downtown Vancouver or visit our Welcome Centre Kiosk in front of Canada Place Cruise Ship Terminal.
    Frequency will be every 60 minutes depending on the season (traffic & weather dependent).
  • Guests may board the bus at any stop and provide the voucher to the driver or to the representative
  • Guests may visit hopmap.ca to access the Hop-On, Hop-Off Live Map online.

Notes about this Tour

  • This tour is weather dependent.
  • Hop-On, Hop-Off clear top buses are not able to accommodate luggage, strollers or wheelchairs.
  • Hop-on, Hop-Off stops, routing and frequency is subject to change.
  • Guests may start their Hop-On, Hop-Off tour at any of the designated stops along the route. Hotel concierge can guide guests to the nearest stop location.
  • Alternatively, guests can start their tour from 999 Canada Place Way.
  • Guests must reconfirm pick-up time and location at least 24 to 72 hours prior to departure.
  • Guests will need to notify us of pick-up location changes from the original request or they may be missed.
  • Duration of tour may vary due to weather, traffic, road maintenance, and size of the group. Sometimes our tours may run a little longer than displayed due to guest enjoyment.
  • The order of site visitations may vary throughout the season.
  • Guests must present the voucher to the driver guide or Representative at the beginning of the tour.
  • Available seating will be reduced which will allow for on-board distancing.
  • All guests will remain in the same seat for the duration of the tour.
  • Prior to boarding Drivers / Bus Attendants will ask guests if they have flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with any people that have not been well.
  • Guests are required to wear a mask on-board. Guests will be provided a mask complimentary if they do not have their own.
  • Guests may be asked to provide additional information such as an email or phone number to assist with COVID-19 contact tracing.
  • Cleaning will occur throughout the tour (when guests disembark for a stop).
  • Bookings cancelled prior to 24 hours before the departure date will be fully refunded. After that time, all bookings will be considered non-refundable.
  • A No Show, missed departures or unused services will be non-refundable.
  • The service provider retains the right to cancel tours at any time. If an unforeseen cancellation were to occur, the service provider will endeavor to place guests on the next available tour or offer another selection of equal or higher value. 
  • If the service provider unable to accommodate guests, a full refund will be granted.
