Kingston, the first Capital of Canada is located on Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Cataraqui and St. Lawrence rivers. It is known as the "Limestone City" for its grand 19th-century buildings, including the lakeside Kingston City Hall. This tour offers you a chance to explore the city’s history, heritage, and culture. It is also the gateway to Thousand Islands and the hub for Tourism in Eastern Canada.

Itinerary

On the first day of your Kingston Tour, you will arrive and check-in at your hotel on own. The rest of the day, you can relax or go and explore the area on your own.

Overnight in Kingston.
Once upon a time patrolled by pirates and bootleggers, the 1000 Islands between Kingston and Brockville on the St. Lawrence are now a sightseer’s paradise.  You are as likely to discover historic castles, quaint waterfront villages and opulent vacation homes and rich wildlife.  Our cruises offer clients the best view of it all.  The cruise focuses on the history and waterfront of the city of Kingston, and its place at the beginning of the St. Lawrence River and the 1000 Islands region. Kingston is a UNESCO World Heritage Destination for its remarkable and well-preserved 19th-century defense fortifications.

The Island Belle and the Island Queen have commentary offered in six languages via headphones: English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, and Mandarin.  They have available on aboard a full-service bar, serving wine, cocktails & beer and a café which has a range of snacks and beverages.

On this trip, the Tour Guide provides an informative and engaging overview of Kingston’s more than three hundred years of history.   Your will travel through Canada’s first capital, passing historic landmarks and iconic tourist attractions.
