Jasper is a tiny gem of an alpine town in Jasper National Park at the north end of the famous Icefield Parkway, where it crosses the Yellowhead Highway. Nestled between the snow-capped Canadian Rockies, glacier-fed lakes, woods and rivers, the town provides fantastic opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and white-water rafting and much more. It is also a perfect venue for spotting wildlife, including magnificent moose, elk, caribou, coyotes, wolves, and bears. The town offers a variety of tours and excursions including a tour of the world-famous Columbia Icefield, a cruise on the scenic Maligne Lake and a chance to take the Jasper SkyTram to the top of the Whistlers Mountain or a Jasper Planetarium Experience to the world’s largest accessible dark sky preserve.

Take the ariel ride on the Jasper SkyTram to the summit of the Whistlers Mountain. An Aerial tramway on the mountain called The Whistlers near Jasper, Alberta is located with the Jasper SkyTram. It is 2,263 meters (7,425 ft.) above sea level & is the longest and highest guided aerial tramway in Canada. The SkyTram is family friendly & gives the perfect experience for guest to enjoy the same. The Jasper National park is known to be listed under UNESCO World Heritage. The SkyTram is open for daily visit until October. As you reach to the top the breath-taking views from the visitor’s centre or hike to the summit will make your day a memorable one.
