This afternoon to arrive at your hotel in Ottawa on your own. On arrival, check in. Rest of the day free to explore Ottawa and its downtown. We recommend you try the restaurant and pub scene in the ByWard market and its vicinity.

Canadian Museum of History & War Museum - will allow visitors to experience Canada’s history in completely exciting ways. An architectural jewel, the Museum is less than five minutes from downtown Ottawa and Parliament Hill. The Museum celebrates the achievements of First Peoples and the largest indoor collection of Totem Poles. The Canadian History Hall will let visitors discover the events, personalities and historical currents that shaped Canada from time immemorial to the present day. The Museum boasts among the finest military holdings in the world with over 3 million artifacts and specimens.

Canadian Museum of Nature - A visit to the Canadian Museum of Nature is a must for any trip to Ottawa. Under one roof, visitors will explore the diverse nature of Canada. In five floors of galleries, the museum features dinosaurs, a skeleton of blue whale, famous Canadian mammals, minerals and gemstones, Canadian birds, and more! The new Canada Goose Arctic Gallery provides a unique view of the Arctic landscape, climate, people, and wildlife.

National Gallery of Canada - Located in downtown Ottawa, National Gallery of Canada is Canada’s Art Museum. The museum's building is spread out over 46,621 square meters, with 12,400 square meters of space dedicated to exhibiting art. The National Gallery of Canada is one of the largest Art Museums in North America by exhibition space.
