Start your full-day tour with a ride on board a coach from downtown Vancouver to the ferry terminal in Tsawwassen. You will then board the ferry for a 90-minute crossing to Vancouver Island. Spend time walking around the deck while enjoying the scenery and looking out for orcas, seals, and other marine life. The ferry also features many amenities including restaurants and a children’s arcade as well as limited shopping. On arrival on Vancouver Island, your ferry will dock at the Ferry terminal at Swartz Bay. Leaving the ferry your coach will drive to the Butchart Gardens for a self-guided tour of Butchart Garden (admissions included). The garden spans over 22 breathtaking hectares (55 acres) of meticulously manicured beauty. Then, off to the majestic Victoria Inner Harbour to take in the historic sights of our capital city, named after British monarch Queen Victoria.

Begin with the highlights of downtown, including Canada Place, home of the 2010 Olympic Cauldron. Wind through impressive modern and historic architecture, past the Arts and Financial Districts, and the fashion hub of Robson Street. Notes about this Tour

  • Arrival transfer in Vancouver – this service is not included in the tour.  Vancouver Airport offers metered Taxi as well as Uber and Lyft Ride Shares.  There is metered cab rank right outside the Arrival Hall.  The cab ride takes approximately 35 minutes, and the ride would cost approximately $45 per cab + Tips (expected).  Seating is limited to the rear seat (3 seat belts).  Luggage capacity is 1 regular and 1 small suitcase.  We offer per-booked limousine services with Meet & Greet Services.  Please check with us for our special Limousine Transfer rates.
  • Departure transfer – this service is not included in the tour.  You can take metered Taxi as well as Uber and Lyft Ride Shares.  Luggage capacity is 1 regular and 1 small suitcase.  We offer per-booked limousine services.  Please check with us for our special Limousine Transfer rates.
  • Capilano Bridge Transfer – Complimentary transfer is offered by Capilano Bridge.  Pick up locations are from Canada Place, Canada Place Way near info kiosk, Hyatt Regency Hotel: located on the Melville Street Entrance and Blue Horizon Hotel, located on Robson Street Entrance.  Clients are required to reach these pick-up points on their own. For information on Shuttle pickup times, clients must call 604-985-7474.  Proof of admission tickets must be retained as the return transfer is only offered to clients who can present a proof of admission. 
  • 2.5-hours Vancouver City Highlights - Pick-up & drop-off service for this tour is included. Client are required to be ready 20 to 30 minutes prior are the given pick-up point.
  • Facemask – A Face mask must be always worn when using any type of transportation – coach, cab, shared rides, or ferry.
  • Waiver Signing - A waiver must be signed by each member of the group at the Cougar Base in the presence of the staff at the base.
