You will feel right at home in your spacious cabin as you will find traditional log cabins having modern touch. Not to mention about the view which is truly amazing. How amazing would it be, to hop on a fishing boat right in front of your cabin? Well, it’s actually true - fishermen live right next door. They can’t wait to take you on a tour during an optional day tour from the lodge! Other summer activities such as canoeing are available at your choice.

Itinerary

DAY 1 - Arrive in Whitehorse, YT.

Arrive in Whitehorse this afternoon. The Tour representative will meet you on arrival at the Whitehorse Airport and transfer you to your hotel located in the heart of the city. Whitehorse located close to the famous Yukon River, is a small city, easy to explore on foot or by vehicle.

Later in the evening, your tour will set out to the Aurora Centre where you will seek the sight of Northern Lights.

Overnight in Whitehorse, YT.

DAY 2 - Southern Lakes Resort.

We will meet you at the hotel and provide a transfer to the beautiful Southern Lake Resort on the shores of Tagish Lake. The guide will point out some of the main attractions on the way. Enjoy the stunning scenery during dinner at the lodge. Try your first luck at catching the sight of one of the North’s most sought after natural phenomenon, the Aurora Borealis.

DAY 3 - Southern Lakes Resort.

After your hearty breakfast you all have time to get familiar with the resort before you have a chance to try one of the day tours available from the lodge. Take a canoe along the vast landscape surrounding Tagish Lake if you have sense for adventure. After this breathtaking experience you can relax over a hot drink and snacks at the lodge. In the evening you will enjoy dinner at the lodge.

DAY 4 - Southern Lakes Resort.

After your breakfast you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from your cabin or on a walk along the lake.

Later this evening you can again enjoy the open view to see the Aurora Borealis from your cozy cabin.

DAY 5 - Departure from Whitehorse.

End of your Northern Lights Aurora Viewing.
