Relax, unwind and soak up the peaceful ambiance of the Northern Lights Resort and enjoy a fun summer day in and around Whitehorse. Northern Lights Resort is located just 20 minutes south of Whitehorse. For the getaway destination this little piece of paradise is a highly recommended to all. This five days (four nights) wellness package will take you to a hideaway which is located in a quiet open countryside close to the Yukon River and is surrounded by pine forests and ringed by mountains. It is build from massive Douglas Fir to meet the European standards by your German-Canadian hosts. The lodge is around 3600 sq. foot. It features a luxurious great room for guest gathering, relaxing, breakfast and dinner use with a dramatic panoramic view of the Yukon River valley and the mountain range. Guests stay in a well-appointed log cabin or glass chalet featuring a large living/bedroom with fireplace, adjacent kitchen and en-suite bathroom. The spa features a finish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool, rest room and a room for massage treatments and is located in the main building. Enjoying the spectacular views of the Northern Lights all the surrounding are perfect for relaxing.

DAY 1 - Arrive in Whitehorse, YT.

Arrive in Whitehorse this afternoon. The Tour representative will meet you on arrival at the Whitehorse Airport and transfer you to your hotel located in the heart of the city. Whitehorse located close to the famous Yukon River, is a small city, easy to explore on foot or by vehicle. One of the most sought-after Northern experiences, a Yukon summer vacation is only complete with viewing the aurora borealis cascading across the Yukon night sky.

DAY 2 - Northern Lights Resort.

Today join one of our optional half day tours in the morning. This afternoon you will be picked up to transfer to the Northern Lights Resort. Take a walk or simply relax in the comfort of your guest cottage, or cozy up to the fire in the guest area of the great room. Relax in the spa.

DAY 3 - Northern Lights Resort.

Today escape for a half day and see the reasons why we live and play here. Enjoy a scenic relaxing drive in a photographer’s paradise of diverse landscapes including Yukon mountain countryside landscape, historic cultural village of Carcross. Get to learn about the arrival of the Gold Rush. Here you will get to see some interesting scenic sites of Lake Bennett, White Pass Railway as well what a Yukon community is all about. Along the way you will find plenty of scenic stops.

After a relaxed dinner at the lodge, its time to seek views of the stunning Northern Lights once again.

DAY 4 - Northern Lights Resort.

Today is just another day to be yourself and simply relax in the spa (optional arrangements).

After your dinner at the lodge, prepare for another night with the Northern Lights.

DAY 5 - Departure from Whitehorse.

End of your Northern Lights Aurora Viewing.

Check out of hotel. The tour representative will transfer you to Whitehorse Airport for your flight back home.
