Canyons & Red Rocks is an amazing 9-day, 8-night tour of some of the most stunning national parks in America. On this tour, we'll take you to Las Vegas, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Moab, Grand Canyon South Rim and Flagstaff. We’ll explore hidden gems that can't be missed such as watching the sunrise over the spectacular landscapes at Zion National Park and walking amidst thousands of hoodoos spread out below while touring Bryce Canyon National Park. You'll have plenty of time to take photos or even relax amongst the abundance of red rock formations in Moab. On our special tour you'll experience views that take your breath away when visiting Grand Canyon South Rim and Flagstaff for unforgettable sightseeing and experiences. This once-in-a-lifetime Canyons & Red Rocks adventure is an experience of a lifetime!

This tour is fully customizable. It is possible to operate the tour in the opposite direction.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Las Vegas.

This morning, arrive at Lad Vegas airport. After you have picked up your bags, proceed to the Car Rental office. You will present the confirmation voucher along with your valid Driver's License and credit card to rent your pre-paid rental car.

Once you pick up your car, proceed to the hotel in downtown Las Vegas.

Rest of the day is free to explore.

Day 2: Las Vegas 2 Days Hop on Hop Off Tour.

Day 3: Day free

A day free in Las Vegas is a great opportunity to explore the sights and sounds of the iconic city. Start your journey at the heart of it all, The Strip. During the day, walk and admire the towering hotels, unique street performers, and a wide array of restaurants from around the world. Once you’ve soaked up some sunshine, experience why Las Vegas is renowned for its nightlife by experiencing some of its many attractions such as Cirque du Soleil shows or local casinos. For those looking for a break from Sin City’s temptations, step away with a quick drive to nearby trails offering hikes and breathtaking views of Red Rock Canyon or take a trip out to Hoover Dam—a historical marvel and testament to innovation located only an hour away! No matter how you choose to spend your day in Las Vegas, you’ll sure morning guaranteed memories that will last all year long.

Day 4: Drive to Bryce Canyon. Enroute Visit Zion National Park.

Driving Distance: 264 Miles | 5 hours

Begin your adventure today by leaving the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas behind as you embark on your journey to Zion National Park. Experience a landscape unlike any other, framed by sandstone cliffs, and inhabited by a spectacular array of wildlife. Be sure to take advantage of the park's environmentally friendly shuttle system, allowing for closer proximity to some of the most stunning vistas in the US southwest. For those looking for an even more intimate experience with nature and willing to explore further, Zion is home to many trails where you can amble and take in all the park has to offer. Afterwards, head to Bryce Canyon; an area where wind and rain have united to create breathtakingly intricate forms across red rocks. Cap off the evening admiring a star-strewn sky from your hotel view.

Day 5: Explore Bryce Canyon.

Taking a day to explore the breadth of Bryce Canyon is something that should not be missed. We recommend beginning your exploration at the rim of the canyon and soaking in the view from Sunrise and Sunset Points. Once you have made it down into the gorge, be sure to take some time marveling at unique wave-like formations as well as hoodoos from various observation points such as Inspiration Point and Bryce Canyon Amphitheatre. Another great activity for travelers would be taking a guided horseback ride through the canyon floor to get an up-close experience with these natural wonders. However you choose to spend your day exploring Bryce Canyon, it will surely prove itself to be an unforgettable experience.

Day 6: Drive to Capital Reef to Moab.

Driving Distance: 268 Miles | 5 hours

Start your adventure at Kodachrome Basin State Park and amaze yourself with the breathtaking views of the canyons, amphitheater of tall sandstone spires, and natural stone monuments. Follow up this breathtaking experience with a tour of Anasazi Indian Village before heading out from Kodachrome through Capitol Reef National Park. Step into a whole new world as you witness the crazy shapes and colors of the canyons that make Capitol Reef a true wonderland. As you enter Moab Valley, brace yourself for your next experience: Arches National Park. Revel in the beauty of majestic arches, massive waves of earth in sandstone swirls and deep narrow valleys created by years upon years of natural erosion. Let nature take your breath away as you step foot on this mesmerizing landscape!

Day 7: Drive from Moab to Monument Valley to Grand Canyon - Flagstaff

Driving Distance: 402 Miles | 7 ½ hours

A road trip to the awe-inspiring beauty of Monument Valley, continuing through its Navajo Indian Reservation to Grand Canyon National Park is a great way to explore the Southwest. We suggest starting at the breathtaking Monument Valley and taking in the awe-inspiring red sandstone spires and monoliths. As you make your way through the reservation, there's a lovely trading post located in Cameron where you can stop for lunch and pick up some unique mementos before heading on your way. Finally, wrap up by visiting Grand Canyon National Park to experience one of the seven natural wonders of the world.

Next up is Flagstaff - a stunning city enveloped by dense forests and breathtaking views of Humphreys Peak – its largest mountain peak. Head downtown for entertainment, live music, or delicious food; Flagstaff's historical documents are definitely worth spending some time discovering!

Day 8: Day free.

Flagstaff offers an amazing range of activities, sights, and experiences. Explore the majesty of the Arizona landscape with a scenic hike to a stunning viewpoint that overlooks both natural and urban life. Explore downtown Flagstaff with its unique shops and restaurants, perfect for those looking for a day full of discovery. Travel to nearby Lowell Observatory and experience the stars up close as you view the night sky through one of their prized telescopes. Whatever your pleasure, Flagstaff makes for the perfect destination when you have a free day in northern Arizona.

Day 9: Drive to Las Vegas and drop off the rental car. End of Canyons & Red Rocks tour.

Driving Distance: 253 Miles | 4 hours

Today is the last day of your tour. After having breakfast, you will need to check out of the hotel and drive to Las Vegas.

Upon arriving at the airport, you can drop off your car and check-in for your flight. It has been a wonderful trip that has left many great memories for you!
