Arriving in the heart of Canada’s Yukon, participants are greeted warmly by the tour guide in Whitehorse, marking the beginning of a breathtaking journey. 

From the airport, guests are comfortably transferred to their hotel, where fellow travellers gather for introductions. This welcome moment captures the spirit of adventure, setting the tone for days of scenic exploration and unforgettable experiences ahead.

Following breakfast, guests explore Whitehorse’s rich history, with a visit to the SS Klondike, a beautifully restored riverboat. Traveling along the Alaska Highway, they reach Haines Junction, a charming town on the edge of Kluane National Park. Guests can choose a short hike in the park or an optional bush plane tour, soaring over majestic glaciers and ice fields for an awe-inspiring experience.

  • Stop at Sheep Mountain to spot Dall sheep
  • Visit Soldier Summit, a historic Alaska Highway site

Today’s journey leads along the stunning shores of Kluane Lake, with a stop at the Sheep Mountain Visitor Center, where sightings of Dall sheep are likely. Continuing, guests visit Soldier Summit to uncover the history of the Alaska Highway. By afternoon, the group arrives at the Alaska-Canada border, completing a day rich in natural beauty and historical significance.

Today’s tour winds through breathtaking landscapes on the Glenn Highway, passing by Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Heading south on the Richardson Highway, guests arrive at the charming seaport of Valdez, nestled amidst towering snowy peaks. Known for its picturesque beauty, Valdez marks the endpoint of the famous Trans Alaska Pipeline, creating a scenic blend of nature and industry.

The adventure continues through the Chugach Mountains, leading to the vibrant town of Seward. Here, travellers can indulge in Alaskan king crab and enjoy a relaxing coastal walk to conclude a memorable day.
